Learning Experience Designer

Payrate: $40.00 - $42.00/hr.


Position's Contributions to Work Group:

• Design learning assets across different modalities (eLearning, job aids, videos) collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders. Work with GDL (Global Dealer Learning) on course review and publishing into DPC. Managed and posted content in Dealer page.

Typical task breakdown:

• Use 360 articulate/RISE platform to develop Dealer personnel learning modules on rental and used topics.
• Interaction with team:
• Validate & get direction or feedback on learning content with Rental SMEs.
• Work with DPC (Dealer Performance Center) to ensure content adheres to their guidelines.
• Team Structure
• Work with Learning Consultant & SMEs

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: 1-2 years of experience
• Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in graphic design and related degree. Open to associates

Top 3 Skills:

• Instructional design
• Experience with LMS platforms and multimedia tools
• Subject matter collaboration

Additional Technical Skills:

• Experience with RISE/DPC/workday learning

Soft Skills:

• Strong project management, clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to simplify complex topics.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $42.00 /hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
