DFW, Texas | Vogt RV World Build the Next Generation of Our Parts & Ecommerce Business DFW, Texas | Vogt RV World Build the Next Generation of Our Parts & Ecommerce Business Vogt RV World is looking for an experienced parts and operations leader to take ownership of a significant multi-location parts business and help lead the continued growth of Adventure Supply Co. This is an opportunity for someone who understands that a great parts operation is much more than ordering inventory and managing a counter. It is about having the right inventory, strong processes, disciplined purchasing, healthy margins, excellent service support, accountable teams, and a clear strategy for growth. We are looking for someone who can bring all of these pieces together, take ownership of the parts operation, and help us strengthen and grow the Adventure Supply Company business. The Opportunity You will help lead parts operations across multiple Vogt RV World locations while playing a major role in the growth of our retail and ecommerce business. There is an established operation, a substantial inventory investment, a strong customer base, and significant opportunity to improve performance and build for the future. Key Areas Of Focus Will Include Inventory management, aging, turns, and stocking strategy Purchasing discipline and vendor management Gross profit and margin improvement Multi-location inventory controls and processes Parts support for service operations Team development and accountability Retail merchandising and accessory sales Ecommerce growth through Adventure Supply Co. Building scalable systems and processes for future growth Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who has successfully led a meaningful parts operation and understands both the financial and operational sides of the business. The right person will be comfortable analyzing inventory, developing people, improving processes, identifying opportunities, and then executing. Experience in RV, automotive, powersports, marine, heavy equipment, or another parts-intensive dealership environment would translate well. Ecommerce experience is important to helping us grow and scale the Adventure Supply Company business. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who enjoys building businesses, improving operations, and seeing measurable results from their work. Compensation We offer a six-figure compensation opportunity with performance-based upside for the right candidate.
