This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while also providing the benefit of flexible work hours during standard business days. Our mental health therapists typically operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring a balanced work-life integration that nurtures your well-being as a professional.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to empower clients in reducing stress and improving emotional wellness.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client stressors, emotional challenges, and personal goals to tailor therapeutic practices accordingly.
\n
• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to foster self-awareness and emotional regulation, encouraging healing and resilience.

• Develop and lead group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and building personal resilience, enhancing community wellness.
\n
• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions to effectively address clients’ specific mental health needs and support their ongoing growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive treatment approach that integrates mindfulness practices effectively.

• Maintain precise and detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to provide comprehensive care.

• Engage in your personal mindfulness practice and participate in ongoing professional development to deepen your expertise in mindfulness-based methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee is essential.

• Experience in mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques is highly valued, although not mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create a calming therapeutic environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• We prefer candidates who have at least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
