Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, tailoring individual treatment plans to facilitate effective outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless and coordinated care for clients, enhancing their overall treatment experience.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups, each presenting unique mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, tailoring interventions and treatment plans to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
