We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to support a specialty care practice in a front-desk-focused, family-oriented environment with low-volume patient coordination. This hourly position pays $28 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Free parking is available.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Process patient payments accurately.
- Communicate with patients in a professional, family-oriented manner.
- Provide front desk support for the specialty care practice.
- Coordinate routine office and clerical activities.
Required Qualifications
- Clerical experience in a medical setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of medical reception experience.
- Experience with Epic preferred.
