Registered Nurse RN PRN Float Pool - DAYS

Job Overview Registered Nurse (RN) PRN Float Pool – DAYS. Float Pool Tiers include Tier 1 (Med Surg only), Tier 2 (Med Surg & Med Tele), Tier 3 (Med Surg, Med Tele & Post Acute [Step Down/PCU]). Pay rates are $38, $40, and $42 respectively, plus shift differentials. Work Shift: Nights (United States of America). Additional benefits: Flexible hours, self-scheduling, great team environment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years acute-care RN experience required; prior experience in multiple specialties (trauma, neuro, cardiac, surgical, telemetry) strongly preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current Louisiana RN license (or eligibility), Current BLS/ACLS within 6 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications Specialty certification(s) such as CCRN, TCRN, or Stroke Nursing (NIHSS) encouraged. Previous Float Pool or travel nursing experience. Demonstrated success in working across multiple clinical settings.
