Responsibilities
What You'll Do As A Canyon Ranch Colleague:
- Lead a variety of Wellness/Fitness classes (aerobics, yoga, strength, endurance, toning, and stretching) while ensuring guest comfort, safety, and enjoyment.
- Provide expert guidance on proper body alignment, technique, and safe use of fitness and cardiovascular equipment.
- Create an engaging, supportive class environment that promotes overall wellness and positive guest experiences.
Qualifications
What You'll Need To Be Successful:
- Availability on Saturday.
- A minimum of two years teaching experience in the fitness industry required.
- A college degree relating to fitness preferred (physical education, exercise science, dance, etc.) with a thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- National Group Exercise and Personal Training Certifications.
- CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge required.
