Skilled Laborer

Trillium Construction is seeking skilled racking Installers to support a data center project for 2 months in Dallas, Texas. Pay rate is up to $28/hr. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week. Responsibilities Assist with general construction, assembly, installation, preparation, and material handling in data center environments. Perform basic tasks such as loading materials, handling tools, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Support installation of racks, containment systems, cabling pathways, and related components. Assist with basic electrical tasks under supervision, including pulling wire and mounting boxes. Travel to project sites and work flexible schedules as required to meet project milestones. Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely, following all instructions and safety protocols. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in general labor or construction; experience in data centers is preferred. Able to pass background check to obtain a yellow badge and pre-employment screenings. OSHA 10, fall protection, and scissor lift certified (or willing to obtain certifications). Must be able to work in an active data center. Trillium is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
