A Client Innova Solutions Is Immediately Hiring for Salesforce Business Analyst

Position Type: Full-Time Contract
Duration: 04 Months
Location: Fort Washington, Pennsylvania

As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will:

• Reportto the Salesforce/CRM Manager, working at the intersection of the business and the Salesforce platform.
• Centers on Sales Cloud and lead management, translating how the sales, marketing, and design studio teams work into clear requirements, then partnering with Salesforce administrators and developers to build and deliver the solution.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Sales Cloud and lead management processes.
• Partner with Salesforce administrators and developers on solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation within an agile framework.
• Analyze Salesforce data, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues across Sales Cloud.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and support QA efforts for new Salesforce releases.
• Support release management and change control for Salesforce platform updates.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, including at least 3 years focused on Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements for Salesforce and lead management initiatives
• Experience with SDLC and agile frameworks, including epic, feature, and story processes
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Experience with SQL

Preferred:

• Salesforce Business Analyst or Advanced Administrator certification
• Agile practice certification, such as CSM or AAC
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, such as marketing automation or ERP systems
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Data Cloud, Agent force
• Homebuilding or building products industry experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65 - $70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
