As a Senior Software Engineer/ AI, you will be part of the Technology Development Department supporting innovative AI-driven workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Software Engineer/ AI Location: Southlake, TX Pay Range: $80 What's the Job? Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered systems within financial domains, ensuring high performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure and workflows. Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to enhance coding efficiency and quality. Translate low-level design artifacts into structured specifications to guide AI-assisted implementation. Support modernization initiatives by migrating legacy systems to distributed, cloud-based platforms. What's Needed? 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with Java, Spring, cloud development, and Web Services supporting high-volume transactions. 2+ years of hands‑on experience with AI/ML implementation and deployment in production environments. 6+ years of experience working with containers, microservices, and cloud deployment in CI/CD models. Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Aerospike, or PostgreSQL. Strong understanding of broker-dealer operations and financial systems. What's in it for me?
