Money Maestro: Take charge of budgeting and revenue strategies to keep the department thriving and targets exceeded. Smooth Operator: Spot issues before they happen and solve them fast to keep service flowing and guests smiling. Communication Connector: Share ideas clearly, listen actively, and keep the conversation open with guests, staff, and leadership. Tech‑Savvy Strategist: Use Windows systems, spreadsheets, and word documents like a pro to manage operations and reporting with ease. Team Motivator: Lead, coach, and guide F&B staff while keeping standards high and procedures on point. Education & Experience Prefer a 2‑year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4‑year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience. At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with supervisory experience required. Effective in handling stressful, high‑pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
