Scheduling Requirements:
- Required 6 weekend shifts within a 6-week schedule.

Floating Policy:
- Travelers float before core staff; potential to float to other ICUs (MICU, NSICU, CVICU, CICU) or Step Down.

Patient Experience Requirements:
- Kind and compassionate caregivers.

Hiring Profile Requested Skill Set:
- Must Have:
- Trauma ICU experience at Level I or Level II Trauma Centers
- Surgical ICU experience
- Advanced Skills:
- Team players with positive attitudes and flexibility.

- Extubation
- Chest Tube Placement
- Central Line Placement
- A-Line Placement
- Foley Placement
- Bronchoscopy
- Endoscopy
- Proning
- TPA Administration
- Hypertonic Medication Administration
- Trach Placement
- EVD/Bold Placement
- CRRT/HD
- Irrigation and Debridement
- Minor Surgery

Certifications Required:
- Valid Nursing License
- Active ACLS and BLS Certifications

Dress Code:
- All navy or all white; can wear navy bottoms and white top.

Unit Guidelines/Policies:
- STICU Daily Operations attached
- Attendance policy attached
