About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to implement personalized behavior treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing ABA treatment protocols and strategies in the home and community settings

• Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress

• Assisting with adapting treatment plans based on client feedback and progress

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client treatment and progress

• Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other therapy team members to ensure high-quality treatment

• Providing a nurturing and supportive environment for clients and their families

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA treatment plans with children diagnosed with ASD

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

• Collaborate with BCBAs and other therapy team members

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client treatment and progress

• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for clients and their families

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies (up to 25 pounds)
