We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external advertising partners, coordinating marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels. Responsibilities include content creation, bilingual (English/Spanish) copywriting, social media management, campaign execution, graphic design, photography and videography, performance reporting, and online community engagement. This position requires a creative, organized, and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering engaging guest-focused experiences. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and support business objectives. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external advertising partners, coordinating marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels. The Marketing Coordinator helps ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts while identifying opportunities to expand audience reach, strengthen guest relationships, and support promotional and event-driven initiatives. Coordinate and manage marketing projects with external advertising agencies, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives and brand standards. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies. Bilingual (English/Spanish) copywriting and proofreading for promotional materials, social media, email campaigns, and website content. Work closely with the database team on the planning and execution of all email marketing campaign strategies to support promotions, events, new games, and special offers. Manage and update the department's social media calendar. Coordinate campaign execution across email, paid social, and organic social channels. Create relevant, unique, and engaging content for our social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram. Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, business cards, event signage, and promotional posters using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Monitor all social media channels for guest feedback daily and respond in a timely manner. Supervise online activity for fraudulent or suspicious interactions and fake accounts. Foster dialogue on social media platforms to create interactive relationships with guests. Work with the advertising agency to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts. Develop and execute social media campaigns and growth initiatives; track, analyze, and report performance metrics to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement. Capture and manage original photo and video content, maintaining an organized library of approved digital assets to support marketing, branding, and communications initiatives. Identify and coordinate guest-generated content opportunities. Stay current with social media trends, platform features, video formats, sounds, hashtags, and content styles. Assist with casino events and promotions as needed. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is required. High level of professionalism with the ability to react well under pressure. Adherence to Code of Conduct and all Calder Casino policies and procedures. Maintain and promote our business strategy. Maintain an open-door policy for Team Members to allow open communication. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest service, build positive relationships, and effectively resolve concerns to ensure a superior guest experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with internal departments. Ability to exercise sound business judgment and generate effective solutions quickly as necessary. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. A combination of relevant education and at least two years of professional experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field will also be considered. Strong computer skills with a fundamental knowledge of email marketing platforms, preferably Salesforce. Familiarity with Adobe Products, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat preferred. Familiarity with a content management system, preferably WordPress. Familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
