In this role, you'll be a key player behind the scenesexecuting large-scale food preparation and managing inventory like a pro. Working side-by-side with our talented Chef, you'll help deliver show-stopping presentations and unforgettable flavors that WOW our guests and elevate every event. THE STARTING RATE: $22.05 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
- Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
- Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
- Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
- Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
- Work as a team, assist all guests needs and inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred
- Willing and able to work Part-Time variable shifts; current shift noted as Friday - Sunday 6:00am- 2:45pm to include weekends and holidays
