Using our Doxis Suite, you design tailored solutions and support projects from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring the long-term value of the software. In addition, you optimize internal processes, train colleagues, and successfully handle complex challenges.Boston, United StatesYour ResponsibilitiesClose collaboration with customers to understand their needs and develop sustainable, long-term solutionsLeading the technical aspects of scoping sessions and working closely with project managers to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of complex customer projectsGathering business requirements and translating them into detailed technical specifications and actionable solutionsWorking with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and service sales management, to ensure aligned and cohesive project deliveryBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholdersContributing to business strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and reporting directly to executive managementActing as a coach and mentor for team membersDriving digital transformation and innovation by staying ahead of technological trendsSupporting marketing with technical presentations and content creationYour ProfileAt least 5 years of experience as a Senior Consultant in the content management field or 3 to 4 years of experience as a Solution ArchitectExperience in analyzing business processes and integrating cross-application data models, along with strong technical expertise in designing and implementing project solutionsProven experience in gathering business requirements and creating design documents at both technical and business levelsDemonstrated project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects within time and budget constraintsExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to educate customers and build trusted advisor relationshipsA solution-oriented mindset, a hands-on approach, and a strong commitment to continuous improvementDesirable skills include experience with programming languages such as Java, knowledge of database management such as SQL, and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, as well as cloud technologiesFluency in English with strong communication skillsWillingness to travel to client sites (East Coast, mainly)Join us at Doxis and help North American enterprises accelerate their digital transformation.
