Physical Therapist - Pelvic Floor Specialty

This position requires working a 5x8.0 schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

This is a 16-week contract position.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsibilities include delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs for effective community activity re-entry, and serving as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers.

Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of patients and utilize clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans and goals.
• Maintain clear, concise, accurate, and timely medical record documentation, including goal writing and functional quality indicators.
• Participate in student programs as assigned, providing supervision and completing evaluations.
• Develop and pursue a professional growth plan and participate in continuing education.
• Adhere to state practice acts and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
• Engage in organizational performance improvement initiatives and feedback processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR Certification.
• Pelvic Health Specialty is a must.
