Senior Audit Manager - Public Accounting

Location: Hybrid/Onsite Options Available Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 DOE + Annual Bonus Full Benefits Package | Work-Life Balance | Career Growth

Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse client base Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and managers Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Maintain and strengthen client relationships through strategic advisory services Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency in audit processes Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes


Qualifications:

CPA required 3+ years of management experience in public accounting audit Strong technical expertise in GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
