Description - Responsibilities Awaiting You

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, among other disciplines-following established protocols.
• Examine results for correctness, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or interns, and aid in maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, secure work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health degree, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout the duration of employment.
