Pay Rate: $100,000 base salary
Pay Type: Salary + Developing Incentive Structure

This Monday-Friday leadership opportunity combines automotive service sales, customer experience, shop coordination, and keyholder responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility and help ensure daily shop operations run smoothly
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, manage vehicle check-in, and convert inbound calls into appointments
• Present repair recommendations and digital vehicle inspection findings while helping customers make informed service decisions
• Communicate repair status and updates with customers by phone and text
• Help dispatch vehicles and coordinate workflow with technicians and leadership
• Manage multiple priorities while keeping the customer experience and shop workflow organized
• Handle customer concerns, make decisions, and take accountability for day-to-day outcomes
• Support the daily leadership and operation of the shop as a trusted keyholder

Qualifications

• Significant professional sales and customer service experience
• Approximately 8+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Proven experience selling higher-dollar products or services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong computer and typing skills, with approximately 50 WPM preferred
• Ability to learn and consistently follow established systems and processes

Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with relevant experience in hospitality, luxury service, management, or other customer-focused industries may also be considered based on their sales, communication, customer service, and leadership experience.
