Pay: $17.00/hr
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

What You'll Do
As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting patients warmly and managing check-in/check-out procedures
• Answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
• Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments to optimize patient flow
• Inputting charges and payments accurately into the system
• Verifying insurance details and assisting with vision plan authorizations
• Maintaining a neat and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
• Assisting with other front desk duties as needed to support the practice
