What You'll Do
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming service experience
- Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle needs
- Recommending maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition
- Communicating repair timelines, estimates, and updates
- Coordinating repairs with technicians and service department personnel
- Building long-term customer relationships through exceptional service
- Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process
- Helping achieve department goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to provide a superior customer experience
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
Preferred:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience
- Automotive sales or service experience
- CRM software experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
