You've earned your Master's degree in Nursing, are licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Colorado, and carry board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology NP, or a similar specialty. You may have BLS and ACLS certifications, and if you've worked in rural medicine, outpatient primary care, or community health even better.

But beyond credentials, you bring presence. You know how to listen. You're comfortable making independent decisions, but collaborative when it counts. You value evidence-based care and cultural respect in equal measure. You're patient, clear, and grounded even when your day gets wild.
