HR Coordinator (Temporary)
- Type: Temporary (through September, with possible extension)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Every two weeks (Monday & Tuesday): 7:30 AM start for orientation coverage
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay: $18–$19/hour (depending on experience)
- Location: Honolulu, HI
- Parking: not provided
- Provide front desk support, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Open and close the office daily
- Assist the HR team with onboarding and orientation preparation
- Support scheduling, I-9 processing, and background checks
- Handle administrative and clerical HR duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with employees in-person
- Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
