Physical Therapist - full-time, part-time, and per diem at Southeast Rehab in North Easton! Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team! As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Up to $55 an hour with weekly pay. Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus available.* Job Responsibilities Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload Participate in the clinical team process Teach and train caregiver staff Supervise other therapists, assistants, aides, and students as required Develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patient/resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis Requirements Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy Appropriate licensing requirements by individual states must be maintained Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to perform documentation needs, manipulations of equipment, and direct patient care Employment conditions apply Benefits Weekly Pay Holiday & Overtime Pay Career Advancement Opportunities Exclusive Employer Discount Program 401(k) with Employer Match Available for Full-Time Staff Employer-Paid Life Insurance Vacation and Personal Time Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
