About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst (PM4) with strong Digital Product Management expertise and hands-on nCino experience to support large-scale financial system initiatives within the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive complex product initiatives from concept through delivery while supporting future client onboarding and product scalability.

This position requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate multi-faceted challenges, and apply sound judgment across business, technical, and regulatory domains.

What You'll Do

Digital Product Management & Delivery

• Consult on complex, high-impact Digital Product Management initiatives requiring large-scale planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Own and manage product epics, features, and user stories throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Maintain and prioritize a well-groomed product backlog aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure product deliverables meet business, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-dimensional product challenges, including those involving new or unprecedented factors.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business partners to deliver high-quality product increments.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.

Client Collaboration & Onboarding

• Strategically collaborate and consult with internal and client stakeholders to align product capabilities with business needs.
• Support future client onboarding initiatives by assessing requirements, planning implementation phases, and enabling smooth adoption.
• Develop repeatable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to support scalable growth.
• Partner with customer success and implementation teams to ensure effective rollout of new features and enhancements.

Problem Solving & Governance

• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted issues by applying a deep understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on high-value outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or Business Analysis , or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, education, or military experience.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale financial system implementations .
• Hands-on nCino experience .
• Strong experience writing and managing detailed epics, features, and user stories .
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, highly regulated environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a commercial banking or financial services organization.
• Consulting background supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
