Beverly Hills office is seeking an efficient, self-starter individual with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. This person must be smart, friendly, honest, reliable, organized and detail-oriented. Computer literacy, proficiency with the web, and various computer applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel) are a must. Must have experience managing a small medical practice which includes but is not limited to front office/customer service, insurance verification, billing and payment collection, electronic medical records and practice management software for scheduling and patient charts.

Job Requirements:

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and make patients feel welcomed in our office
-Screen incoming phone calls, schedule appointments and confirm appointments
-Enter and update patient information into our electronic medical records database
-Turn around/prepare/clean exam rooms for each patient visit

-Other administrative duties such as copying, faxing, scanning

-Provide excellent patient care by all means necessary
