Pay Rate: $58.50 Per Hour Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurses (RNs) for Travel opportunities in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dialysis care, monitor patients undergoing treatment, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer hemodialysis treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment.
- Administer prescribed medications and intravenous therapies.
- Educate patients and families regarding kidney disease management and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with nephrologists and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Current BLS Certification required.
- Dialysis experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with hemodialysis equipment and procedures.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
