Manager of SEC Reporting

The Manager of SEC Reporting is responsible for leading the preparation and filing of the company’s SEC reports and supporting compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal controls over financial reporting. This role partners closely with accounting, FP&A, legal, investor relations, and external auditors to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other required filings. Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, U.S. GAAP, and disclosure requirements. Coordinate the quarterly and annual financial reporting process, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. Prepare and review financial statement footnotes Research and interpret accounting and reporting guidance for new or complex transactions. Partner with external auditors on quarterly reviews, annual audits, and technical accounting matters. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA required. 5+ years of progressive accounting/reporting experience, including SEC reporting and public company experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial statement disclosure requirements. Experience preparing Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and related disclosures. #J-18808-Ljbffr firstPRO 360
