We are seeking candidates for Boiler Operator roles on the 3rd and weekend shifts. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $58,240-$72,800 per year, depending on experience and shift. Interested? Read below for more information.What you will do as a Boiler Operator:Perform daily boiler operations, including startups, shutdowns, and routine inspectionsMonitor operations, document readings, and maintain accurate reportsPull water samples, test, and adjust chemical levels for the water softener systemIdentify, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on boilers and support equipmentFollow GMP, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsCommunicate with maintenance and boiler team members to ensure smooth shift transitionsWhat you need to be a Boiler Operator:2B Boiler’s License or higher requiredHigh school diploma or GED preferredExperience in a food-grade facility preferred (dry goods and high-speed packaging a plus)Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and use sound judgment in planning and problem-solvingStrong initiative, communication, and follow-through skillsBasic computer knowledge; proficiency in MS Word and Excel with working knowledge of PowerPoint (Access a plus)Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in EnglishAbility to perform basic math, including fractions, percentages, and weight calculationsAbility to sit, stand, bend, and lift at least 50 poundsAbility to pass a background check and physical/drug screenDon’t miss out on this new opportunity!
