This position requires the incumbent to be both organized and detail orientated to handle the paperwork side of the role but also be able to provide excellent customer service.The successful individual will be responsible for assisting with posting job openings internally, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews. Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and necessary paperwork. Maintaining and updating employee files and database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries. Time and attendance audits and ensuring occurrences are updated in Timekeeping system. Assisting with audits as necessary. Addressing employee questions and concerns as needed. Provide general administrative support to HR and Ops team. Answer phones, make copies, scan documents, filing and inventory of office supplies. Enter key-recs for receiving and invoice cancels for shipping. Sort out the daily mail. Pull, Process and assist customers with pickup.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
