Become a valued member of our healthcare team as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, where you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to patients recovering from various surgical procedures, including hip and knee replacements, mastectomies, and abdominal surgeries. Your skills will be essential in promoting favorable patient outcomes and supporting their recovery process.

• Deliver outstanding nursing care to patients post-surgery
• Administer medications and manage intravenous drips, including PCA and Heparin
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR for precise documentation and patient management
• Be flexible to float across multiple campuses as required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered)
• Must hold an active Iowa or compact/multistate RN license
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC is mandatory
• Experience with PCA and Heparin drips is essential
