About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN Certifications: BLS Must-Have: One year inpatient or rehab experience Completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test Description: Inpatient Rehab unit with a total of 24 beds. The unit is staffed with charge nurses, RNs, PCTs, and therapy staff. Patient ratio is 1:6. Utilizes Hill-Rom beds and Expanse EMR. PT/OT/ST provided for a total of 3 hours per day. Patients may receive dialysis, blood administration, IVP medications, and remote telemetry monitoring. No bedside surgical procedures are performed. Collaboration with therapy departments is essential. Encouraging patient independence while maintaining a safe environment is a priority. All inpatient guidelines are followed, including fall precautions and infection control measures. Every other weekend is required. No on-call shifts are needed.
