  As a Registered Nurse on the Med/Surg Ortho Neuro unit, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical needs. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while actively engaging patients and families throughout the continuum.
  
  

  
  

  
  You will monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and adjust care plans as neededmobilizing resources and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.
  
  

  
  

  
  You will apply evidence-based practices and participate in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and outcomes.
