Legal Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support our family-based immigration practice. You’ll work closely with attorneys to manage a caseload from intake through approval, serving as a key point of contact for clients and helping families through every step of the process.

Responsibilities

• Substantial experience handling marriage-based, family preference, naturalization, adjustment of status, consular processing, and related immigration matters from intake through case completion.
• This role is heavily focused on case management, client guidance, and issue spotting.
• While administrative support and form preparation assistance are available, the successful candidate must be comfortable independently managing cases, advising clients on process and timing expectations, identifying potential issues, and keeping matters moving efficiently.
• Communicate regularly with clients, giving updates with professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of family-based immigration paralegal experience
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay range and compensation package
