About the Position

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical PM Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Med Surg/telemetry/PCU. License: Current RN license required. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS. Must-Have: - EPIC EMR/charting experience. - Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience. - 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or equivalent within the last 5 years. - Experience managing patient ratios of 1:4-6. Description: The RN will be assigned to a medical-surgical unit based on their experience. The population served includes Medicine, Surgery, Cardiac, and Client. The RN is expected to work 36 hours per week, typically consisting of 3 - 12 hour shifts. Every other weekend is required. The RN may be expected to float to other equivalent units as needed. Typical patient ratios are 1:5-6.
