What you'll own:

• Full-cycle HR leadership (employee relations, compliance, onboarding, performance)
• Payroll oversight (ADP required) - accuracy is everything
• Partnering directly with leadership on growth, change, and scaling
• Building processes that actually stick

What matters most:

• Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment
• Strong attention to detail (the kind that catches what others miss)
• High level of confidentiality + discretion
• Ability to operate both strategically AND hands-on
