Summary The Showroom Manager assists in managing general showroom functions with a focus on delivering excellent client service, fostering a professional environment for staff, setting performance standards, and collaborating with the management team to meet business needs. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales goals through strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new clients Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and action plans for development Monitor market competition, watch trends, and client shopping behaviors Forecast, plan and manage business needs including payroll and staffing Manage daily operational tasks according to showroom standards Assist with recruitment and retention efforts Support and lead the team in collaboration with the Showroom Director Develop and cascade product knowledge and training to the team Maintain a luxury client experience through renowned and authentic service Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail service experience, preferably in luxury retail Current knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent experience preferred Proficiency with MS Office and retail systems such as labor management and sales reporting Strong oral and written communication skills with clients and team #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
