Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and client data capture. Lead by example and influence team members to complete job duties effectively. Delegate tasks clearly and effectively. Develop both short-term and long-term strategies. Display a strong sense of initiative as well as time management and calendar planning skills. Train and develop teammates through consistent roleplay and coaching; stay open to new ideas and concepts and learn quickly. Coaching and feedback: clearly articulate strengths, goals and opportunities; utilize company tools to create a 360-degree coaching culture; be open to feedback from supervisors, peers and team. Network and recruit: actively network regularly, maintain viable bench strength for all store positions, and establish a clear succession plan for the management team. Exercise strong written and verbal skills; adapt communication upward, laterally and to the team. Demonstrate ethical conduct and promote organizational goals with flexibility to change. Remain calm and deescalate situations. Collaborate effectively with peers and corporate partners. Operations and compliance: manage store schedule, timecards and payroll; monitor shipments, transfers and price changes for accuracy; plan, conduct and organize store inventory. Analyze, decide and solve problems: resolve challenging situations using good judgment, partner when appropriate, hold team accountable to policies and procedures, analyze results and make sound business decisions; coordinate daily store operations. Visual merchandising and in-store experience: ensure the store follows visual guidelines and directives; enforce excellent client service with client books, thank you cards and event strategies; maintain a consistently superior client experience. Qualifications Understand the TUMI brand and have true passion for lifestyle, clients and product assortment. Value a collaborative environment and be open to feedback. Be physically able to stand, move around the store, lift and push boxes weighing 30 pounds and use a ladder to complete job duties. Have strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market. Demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs. Have flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays as needed. Maintain a strong sense of integrity and lead by example. Possess strong time management skills.
