Looking for a leadership role where you can run your own store, stay on the floor, and get paid based on performance?

Mattress Home is hiring a Store Manager for our Venice location, a high-responsibility role for a strong closer who’s ready to take ownership of a store and drive results.

This is not a sit-back management role.
This is for someone who leads from the front and performs.

Compensation:

$60,000 – $80,000+ expected annual earnings

• Base salary (approx. $52,000)
• Weekly SPIF opportunities ($8,000 - $15,000+ annually)
• Additional commission based on performance

Designed for managers who can sell, lead, and produce

The Role:

This is a hands-on leadership position .

You will:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Sarasota / Venice store
- Work the sales floor and help close deals
- Drive individual and store sales performance
- Maintain showroom standards and execution
- Handle customer interactions from greeting to post-sale
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams
- Set the tone for accountability, energy, and results

Schedule:

- 6 days per week (required)
- Includes weekends
- This role requires consistency and commitment, ideal for someone serious about performance and income growth.

- Strong closing ability and confidence on the floor
