Position Title: Sales Professional Location: Sarasota Florida Department: Retail Team : Retail Sales Team Employment Type: Full-Time Minimum Experience: Experienced Compensation: $55K -$65K Join Our Team in Sarasota! Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our vibrant team at our Sarasota Showroom. If you love outdoor living and helping customers create beautiful spaces, this is your chance to shine with a company that’s been enhancing Florida lifestyles for over 54 years! What We Offer: Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development. Compensation at Leaders Furniture: This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. Grow your product knowledge and unlock your potential. At Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact. Schedule: 40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6. Generous PTO, no blackout dates. Culture: Supportive, low‑pressure, and team‑driven environment. What You Bring: Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) Ability to lift 25 lbs and travel to Largo for training Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude Comfort with POS systems Leaders is a drug‑free workplace.
