DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Sales experience and a strong desire to earn at a high level
• Comfortable using a phone, tablet, CRM, and estimating software
• Knowledge of

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Plumbing sales experience is preferred. Candidates with HVAC, electrical, roofing, remodeling, restoration, or other in-home sales experience are encouraged. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred.

Every day, you'll meet with homeowners during scheduled residential plumbing appointments and help them identify the best solutions for their needs. You'll assess situations, develop solution-based recommendations, explain the value behind proposed work, and confidently present options that solve real problems. Rather than leaving estimates behind and hoping for the best, you'll actively engage with customers, handle concerns, follow up on open proposals, and work toward earning a clear yes or no. Through trust, communication, and persistence, you'll transform opportunities into revenue while building long-lasting customer relationships and contributing to the company's continued growth.
