We’re looking for a motivated. Self starting Personal Injury Attorney who can handle a case load of 40-70 litigation files.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct client consultations and case evaluations.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct depositions and attend mediations.
• Represent clients at hearings and trials when necessary.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process.
• Develop litigation strategy to maximize client recovery.

 

Qualifications

• Active member of The Florida Bar.
• Georgia bar license a plus
• 2+ years of personal injury experience preferred.
• Some level of pre-suit litigation a plus
• Litigation & trial experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Passion for helping injured clients.
