Bookkeeper / Accounting SpecialistUnited Talent is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist for a full-time opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with financial records, and experienced in day-to-day accounting functions.Schedule & PayMonday–Friday- 8:00 AM–5:00 PMPay: $18.00 per hourResponsibilitiesPerform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial recordsComplete bank and account reconciliationsBalance accounts and review financial transactions for accuracyPrepare and maintain financial reportsOrganize and maintain financial documentation and transaction recordsManage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)Track company property taxes and ensure payments remain currentAssist with the company's tax-related responsibilitiesWork closely with the company accountant during annual tax preparationEntering and processing payroll through a 3rd party platformMaintain accurate and confidential financial informationAssist with additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as neededQualificationsPrevious accounting or bookkeeping experience is requiredExperience with accounting software required; QuickBooks experience is preferredStrong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableExperience with account reconciliation and financial record keepingFamiliarity with payroll processesStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and record-keeping skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesMotivated, dependable, and willing to learnBasic CRM knowledgeStrong computer and communication skillsBenefits Once hired on full-time, employees are eligible for:Health insurance401(k)Life insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys keeping financial operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
