Roles and Responsibilities

As a Client Advocacy Enrollment Coordinator, you have a significant impact on international students and school advisors by managing the enrollment process and billing cycle. You support our students and clients by coordinating the implementation, enrollment, invoicing, and premium collection process, while providing the WOW! service Lewer is known for. You build strong relationships by understanding client needs, delivering customized enrollment and billing solutions, and resolving challenges with a client-centric approach.

Your Key Areas of Impact

Client Relationships and Communication : You serve as a trusted resource for school administrators, international offices, students, and internal partners by providing timely, accurate, and professional support. You answer questions regarding enrollment requirements, eligibility guidelines, coverage administration, billing processes, and reduced course load requests while delivering the WOW! service Lewer is known for. You build strong relationships by understanding client needs, accommodating customized enrollment and billing requests, and resolving challenges with a customer-focused approach. This commitment to service contributes to client satisfaction, retention, and program success.

Enrollment and Eligibility Administration: You manage student enrollment activity throughout the coverage lifecycle, including new enrollments, eligibility reviews, additions, terminations, and refund requests. You coordinate enrollment data and documentation while ensuring compliance with plan requirements and client-specific guidelines. You provide guidance regarding eligibility determinations and reduced course load requests, helping clients and students navigate complex enrollment situations. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy support a seamless enrollment experience and ensure students receive appropriate coverage.

Billing Operations: You administer invoicing, premium collection, refunds, and payment processes for client programs. You manage billing and payment portal activities for both institution-billed and student-billed clients, coordinate with Accounting on client-specific billing configurations, and support accurate premium calculations and reconciliations. Your strong analytical skills, mathematical aptitude, and proficiency with Excel enable you to efficiently manage enrollment and billing data while maintaining financial accuracy. By providing customized billing solutions that meet client needs, you contribute to operational efficiency and an exceptional client experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Your collaborative approach to working with various internal and external stakeholders is vital to the organization's success. Your effective communication skills, relationship-building, and teamwork all foster a culture of collaboration and enable successful partnerships, benefiting the organization's overall business objectives. You have a commitment to cross-training and serving as backup for your colleagues as needed, which drives smooth operations and superior service for all Lewer clients.

The Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Travel

Your work is conducted primarily at the Lewer Administrative Offices, with eligibility to work from home in accordance with company policy. You must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time, and be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access filing cabinets, office machinery, etc. You will operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a phone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer 95% of the time. You will need to be able to lift to 20lbs. Travel may occasionally be required for this seat and is expected to be less than 5%.

Your qualifications:

Requirements

You have earned a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and bring strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in billing, education, or a related field has helped you develop exceptional attention to detail, as well as intermediate Excel capabilities. You currently hold a Life and Health insurance license or will obtain one within 90 days of hire. You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and are proficient in Adobe products. You enjoy working with data, learning new systems, and delivering accurate, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
