About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for a senior investment professional role. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the firm, responsible for originating, executing, and overseeing investments, as well as contributing to the overall firm strategy and mentoring junior professionals. This role involves leading sourcing and origination efforts, serving as the primary deal lead on new investments, and working closely with portfolio company management teams to drive strategic, operational, and financial initiatives. The Managing Director will also be involved in performance monitoring, value creation planning, and exits, and will collaborate with senior partners on fund strategy, portfolio construction, and capital deployment. The ideal candidate will be a senior-level private equity professional with a proven track record in lower middle market investing, including leading transactions from sourcing to exit. A strong background in financial analysis, deal structuring, and valuation is essential, as is experience in partnering with management teams to add value post-acquisition. The role requires an established network within investment banking, executives, and intermediaries, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, judgment, and communication skills. The Managing Director will also be expected to support fundraising and LP relationship management and to foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing junior investment professionals.
