Senior Specialist Technical Product Management

Senior Specialist Technical Product Manager supporting Merck's Intelligent Personal Engagement Product Line. This customer-facing role bridges business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver digital solutions for field sales operations, requiring expertise in product management, business analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technology contact for business partners, understanding priorities and translating needs into technology solutions
- Coordinate between business stakeholders and technology teams to resolve issues and drive initiatives forward
- Develop project plans, track activities and dependencies, and manage successful completion
- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and SDLC governance documentation
- Analyze business processes and technology capabilities to identify improvements and automation opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in IT, product management, business analysis, project management, or account management
- Demonstrated ability to operate across account management, project management, and business analysis functions
- Experience gathering, documenting business requirements, process flows, and SDLC documentation
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
