Job Title Pest Control Technician Job Description As a Pest Control Technician, you'll spend your day helping other people in the community by solving pest issues and building long‑term relationships through honesty, empathy, and outstanding customer service. You'll travel to appointments, meet with customers to assess pest problems in and around their homes and workplaces, and execute specialized treatment plans. You will resolve existing pest problems and recommend corrective actions to prevent future issues. Requirements & Qualifications Ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders, and position yourself to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spaces. Ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions. Technical proficiency with computers, smartphones, and related devices. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Read, write, speak, and comprehend English. Good oral and written communication skills. Solid attention to detail. Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Availability to work a flexible schedule (Monday‑Friday, rotating Saturday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). High school diploma or equivalent.
