Product Acceptance Specialist Team Lead Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Product Acceptance Specialist Team Lead (Level C) to support the IRCSC (Interiors Responsibility Center) based out of Ladson, South Carolina on variable shift. Position Responsibilities: Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements Provides objective evidence of results Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring Identifies and documents discrepancies Segregates and controls non-conforming items Performs preliminary review of non-conformance Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ year of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated industry 3+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 3+ year of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing 3+ year of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be willing and able to work a variable shift Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ year of experience identifying critical path analysis, float analysis, schedule impact analysis, recovery planning, root cause analysis, trend analysis, schedule quality metrics, and risk analysis 5+ year of fabrication experience 5+ year of experience using Velocity and CMES systems experience 5+ year of experience working in a cross-functional work environment 5+ year of experience in a formal or information team leadership role Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
