Desktop Support Specialist

Providing technical assistance and support for macOS-based systems, the full-time Desktop Support Specialist will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install and maintain systems, and assist users both remotely and in-person. Key Responsibilities Provide technical assistance for macOS hardware and software, troubleshooting issues and installing systems Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and peripherals Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system while responding to support requests via various channels Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Desktop Support Specialist or similar role Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
